A Liverpool tin-glazed Tile decorated with a Sadler print, circa 1765-75
This John Sadler (1720-89) tin-glazed tile is printed in black with a scene depicting two fashionably-dressed ladies and a young girl standing before a fountain, within an ’88’ border.
Condition: Good – no cracks or restoration, just some surface wear to the printed design and typical losses to the edges.
Dimensions: 12.7 cm across
